"I am really upset with the customer service. I never had problems before everybody was so nice. I always dealt with Cecilia and she was a very beautiful educated lady, she always treated me with kindness and respect! Unfortunately, I came across Priscilla, who is very unprofessional and rude. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and very sarcastically and ugly ,she told me she was the manager. I asked to speak to Michael de Los Santos and she stated he's not there and won't be back until June. Mr. Delossantos I hope and pray that these conversations are recorded I would like you to hear the way she spoke to me on May 8th at 5:24 PM. my brothers were in my living room with me when the conversation was going on, and they cannot believe the mouth on her. I am definitely going to make a report of this."

It’s reviews like these that allows us to learn from our experiences and correct our mistakes so that we can all become better individuals. I did investigate the matter from other individuals who were present in the room and they did corroborate the details of the negative experience that you claim. It was simply and unacceptable customer service experience and I am deeply disappointed and apologetic.
